Charge plays a 10 string, single neck, pedal steel guitar in E9 tuning. He mainly uses it as a backing instrument for vocalists, but can perform basic solos as well.

Pedal Steel

Charge can read chord charts, lead sheets and standard notation for guitar. He is comfortable as a rhythm player and a soloist, and can most musical styles.

Guitar

Charge can read chord charts and lead sheets for bass guitar. His main focus is on funk and R&B. He is comfortable as a pocket player mostly focused on groove and timing.

Bass Guitar

Charge can read standard notation, and lead sheets depending on the situation. He plays rock, classic rock, jazz, latin, and just about anything else you can throw at him.
